Visiting Hours
and Guidelines

Visiting privileges depend on the patient's condition. The patient, nurse, or physician may restrict visiting hours. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful, quiet atmosphere throughout the hospital is appreciated.

General Visiting Hours— 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Birth Center— Family members are welcome at any time that is convenient for mother and baby. Non-family members must be 13 years or older and may visit from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Intensive Care Unit— Immediate family members may visit at any time, however, patient condition may limit the length of your visit and the number of visitors.

Pediatrics— Parents may visit at any time. General visting hours of 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. apply for all others.

HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital is a tobacco-free campus. No smoking is allowed in any of our facilities or parking areas. Thank you for respecting our policy.

HSHS St. Joseph' Hospital is a latex-safe facility. Latex is a common allergen and can cause severe reactions to patients, visitors and colleagues. Therefore, latex balloons are not allowed within any of our facilities.



Our volunteers will deliver mail to you daily. Mail and flowers should be addressed to:
