Our Charity Ball help raised money for the
hospital to complete projects such as the
Birth Center's family waiting area, ICU beds,
mammography technology, and the Mobile Clinic.

Each year, the Partners of St. Joseph's Hospital hosts THE event of the season— the annual Charity Ball! Known for bringing together the finest dining with premier entertainment, the Charity Ball celebrates community.

The Charity Ball is an elegant evening fundraiser supports local health care in a special and fun way. Service programs at St. Joseph's Hospital that enhance the well-being of the patients and community have been made possible with the support of people who have attended the Partners of St. Joseph's Hospital Charity ball throughout the 42 years. Those programs include the Emergency Service Area renovation, six scholarships per year to local residents, Birth Center Service Area renovation, mobile clinic purchase, new mammography equipment purchased, pediatric security system purchased, ICU beds purchased and a Lifeline System upgrade.

The theme of the annual Charity Ball is always as unique as it is elegant: colorful (South Pacific), whimsical (The Roaring '20's), traditional (Ubi Caritas) and romantic (A White Sport Coat and a Pink Carnation). Regardless of the theme, guests are sure to enjoy one of Chippewa's finest dining establishments, the Avalon Hotel and Conference Center, transformed into another place in time or to another part of the world.
