The Grateful Patient Program at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital helps recognize those who have helped you or your loved ones in the past. This special program is a small way to give back to the hard-working people that take care of all the patients.
Gift of Gratitude
The Friends of HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital has established The Grateful Patient Program as a means of recognizing the competent, compassionate care you or a loved one received from colleagues at our hospital. With the Grateful Patient Program you have an opportunity to recognize a specific person or a whole service area with a written note or a tribute gift.
The colleagues so recognized will receive a card informing them of the acknowledgement and/or gift. In addition, their name will appear in our hospital's monthly newsletter and the story will be shared, anonymously, with fellow colleagues.
Your participation in our Grateful Patient Program reinforces our constant commitment to patient care, highlighting the exemplary service we at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital strive to achieve. It also perpetuates a mission that began 123 years ago when the Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis arrived in Chippewa Falls.
On behalf of HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital, our colleagues, administration and our Hospital Sisters, we "gratefully" acknowledge your contribution and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve your healthcare needs.
Friends of HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital
The Friends of HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital is a division of the Hospital Sisters of St. Francis Foundation, Inc. Funds contributed to the Friends of HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital are invested and held by the foundation in trust for the benefit of HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital and its health care mission. Philanthropic donations will enable HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital to do what is needed to serve patients and their families in the 21st Century and beyond. Additional resources are increasingly important as traditional private and public income sources change (and often diminish). For years to come, those who receive health care services in the Franciscan tradition at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital will be indebted to the vision and financial support provided by our friends.
