LE Phillips-Libertas Treatment Center (Chippewa Falls) and Libertas Treatment Center (Green Bay) are two of the Midwest's most respected treatment programs for chemical dependency.
LE Phillips-Libertas Treatment Center and Libertas Treatment Center are accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and certified by the State of Wisconsin for treatment of alcoholism and drug abuse.

Whether seeking professional support and intervention for personal challenges, or facing debilitating mental health issues, the LE Phillips-Libertas Treatment Center in Chippewa Falls offers outpatient mental health services, utilizing a collaborative therapy approach and licensed therapists sensitive to the psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the whole person.
Services are available to adults and adolescents who experience problems in their lives relating to depression, anxiety, identify, abuse, addictions, relationships, trauma, dual diagnosis, and mental illness. Other specific issues include chronic pain, social phobias, parenting skills, grief and loss, anger management and juvenile offenders.
