Patty Marsnik, CCC-SLP

Patty primarily serves the birth-to-three population within homes throughout Chippewa and Eau Claire counties, with occasional outpatient service to older children referred to the SPOTS house.
Patty began her career serving preschool-aged children including those in the Birth-to-Three Program through the school system in Hutchinson, Minnesota. After moving to Eau Claire, Patty continued serving children through Eau Claire County's program.
As a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, Patty has served on the Minnesota Speech-Hearing-Association's (MSHA) Executive Council and as a panel presenter during the MSHA convention. Patty also served as a board member for the Renville County Early Intervention Committee and has presented to various groups through Minnesota's Early Childhood Family Education Program.
Throughout her career in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Patty has also provided clinical supervision to undergraduate student therapists, and has recently supervised a SPOTS House clinical fellow toward national certification. Patty's professional interests have included work with childhood apraxia of speech, feeding, and swallowing disorders and development of SPOTS' speech and language group program.
Originally from Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, Patty currently lives in Eau Claire with her husband, Pete, and two busy kids. Patty enjoys activities involving theater and music, traveling, jogging, reading, and attending Minnesota Twins Games.
